Custom Web & Digital
Projects from $2,500
For a website or digital project that needs more room. Apps, portals, accounts, memberships, e-commerce, advanced booking, payment systems, integrations, and large migrations are custom projects. I’ll quote the scope before work begins.

Local Business Launch
Streamlined for trades, solo professionals, and local service businesses. Limited availability.
$500 to start. $500 before launch.
- Up to 5 agreed pages: Home, About, Services, Work, Contact—or equivalent
- Custom, mobile-friendly design
- Contact form, click-to-call/text buttons, and social links
- Basic gallery or portfolio section
- Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and appropriate image alt text
- Light organization and cleanup of supplied content
- Domain connection, SSL, and 12 months hosting from launch
- 2 consolidated revision rounds
- Final desktop and mobile launch check
Domain registration and renewal fees are separate. Business email and profile/listing setup can be quoted before work begins.
$25 / month
Optional Managed Care
Small updates, without an ongoing project.
- One small maintenance request per month
- Minor text changes and simple corrections
- Photo or gallery swaps
- Basic troubleshooting of an existing page
Unused requests do not roll over. New pages, layout changes, features, or substantial design/development work are quoted separately. Post-launch edits are not included unless covered by a care plan or separate quote.
Hosting after your first year
$250/year to renew hosting. Managed Care is optional and does not replace the annual hosting renewal.
Logo design, full branding, copywriting from scratch, ongoing SEO, social media management, and on-site tech support are not included. Your proposal confirms the exact scope.

I’ll agree a timeline with you before work begins, based on the scope, content, and account access needed. The timeline pauses while I wait for materials, feedback, or approvals.

Agree & get started
I confirm the pages and scope. For Local Business Launch, your first $500 reserves the project and starts the work; it is non-refundable once work begins, subject to applicable law.

Review it together
Local Business Launch includes two revision rounds; custom projects follow the agreed proposal. Each round is one consolidated list of changes submitted together. Extra rounds or scope changes are quoted separately.

Pay the balance & launch
For Local Business Launch, the final $500 is due after the agreed build is complete and before launch. I check desktop and mobile, connect the domain, and begin your included year of hosting. Custom project payment and hosting terms are confirmed in your proposal.
What I’ll need from you
Your business and contact details, services, service area, photos, social links, any existing logo, required legal/policy text, and relevant domain/account access. Please choose one person to approve the project. I can organize and lightly polish supplied content; writing it from scratch is custom scope.
